HOUSTON, Texas and AUSTIN, Texas - March 25, 2008 - @hand Corporation is announcing Baker Hughes Inc (BHI) as a
new customer for @hand’s Field Mobility System.
BHI selected @hand after evaluating commercial mobile software technologies and solutions. To conduct the evaluation,
BHI formed a cross-functional team representing company-wide interests.
BHI selected the @hand Field Mobility System to gain access to the @hand M-Tier® architecture, the configurable @hand
application framework, and @hand’s experience as a solution provider to the oil and gas industry.
Steve Sidney, Managing Director of Business Applications and Knowledge Management for BHI stated that “We expect to use
the @hand Field Mobility System across our enterprise to provide field engineers around the world real-time access to the
